اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو تطبيق أبعاد جودة حياة العمل في مؤسسات التعليم العالي
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف على اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو تطبيق أبعاد جودة حياة العمل في المؤسسات التعليم العالي، وكذا تأثير بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية والمتمثل في السن والسنوات الأقدمية ولهذا الغرض تم استعانة بمقياس جودة حياة العمل لعبد الكريم بن خالد. وتم تطبيقه على عينة قوامها199 أستاذا. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى: - إن اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو تطبيق أبعاد جودة حياة العمل في المؤسسات التعليم العالي اتجاهات سلبية. -لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو تطبيق أبعاد جودة حياة العمل في المؤسسات التعليم العالي تعزى لمتغير السن. -توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو تطبيق أبعاد جودة حياة العمل في المؤسسات التعليم العالي تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. Abstract:This study aimed to reveal the attitudes of professors towards the application of the dimensions of quality of work life in higher education institutions, as well as the impact of some demographic variables represented in age and years of seniority, and for this purpose the measure of quality of work life was used by Abdul Karim bin Khalid. It was applied to a sample of 199 professors. The results of the study resulted in: - The attitudes of professors towards the application of the dimensions of the quality of working life in higher education institutions are negative.. - There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of professors towards the application of the dimensions of quality of work life in higher education institutions according to the age variable. - There are statistically significant differences in the attitudes of professors towards the application of the dimensions of quality of work life in higher education institutions according to the seniority variable.
