دور النظام المصرفي في مكافحة الفساد

Résumé: يعد النظام المصرفي من أهم القطاعات الحساسة في الدولة، الأمر الذي يفسر لنا مدى الاهتمام الذي توّليه له من خلال سن التشريعات واستحداث آليات الرقابة عليه، إذ يعد أهم قنوات الفساد ومرتعًا خصبا له، مما يجعل له دور هاما في الوقاية منه ومكافحته، وعلى هذا الأساس فعّل المشرع الجزائري دوره في المكافحة من خلال هيئات الرقابة المستحدثة على النشاط البنكي للوقاية ومكافحة ظاهرة الفساد. Abstract The banking system is one of the most sensitive sectors in the country, which explains the extent of attention paid to it through the enactment of legislation and the development of mechanisms to control the banking activity, which is a breeding ground for channels of corruption, which makes the role of the banking system important in its prevention and control. Thus, the Algerian legislator has activated his role in fighting against corruption through banking supervisory bodies.
