وكالة تطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وترقية الابتكار كأحد هيئات دعم إنشاء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على وكالة تطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وترقية الابتكار باعتبارها هيئة عمومية أُنشأت بغرض دعم إنشاء، إنماء، ديمومة ومُرافقة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بالجزائر، هذه الأخيرة التي تحتاج في بداية نشاطها للدعم والمرافقة بسبب قلة خبرتها، وهو ما يدفعُها إلى اللجوء لحاضنات المؤسسات و مراكز الدعم والاستشارة، والتي تُعتبر هياكل محلية تابعة لهذه الوكالة، وإحدى أهم الآليات التي تُقدم خدمات للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. خلُصت الدراسة إلى أن عدد حاضنات المؤسسات ومراكز الدعم والاستشارة عرف تزايدا خلال فترة الدراسة، حيث بلغ 18 حاضنة و 26 مركزا سنة 2022، و واكبه زيادة في عدد المشاريع المُحتضنة والمشاريع المُنجزة. The purpose of this study was to identify the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Promotion of Innovation as a public body established to support the establishment, development and maintenance of small and medium-sized enterprises in Algeria, which, at the beginning of its activity, needs support and escort because of its lack of expertise, which leads it to resort to incubators and support and consultation centers, which are considered to be local structures of this agency and one of the most important mechanisms providing services to small and medium-sized enterprises. The study found that the number of incubators in institutions and support and counseling centers increased during the study period, reaching 18 and 26 in 2022, accompanied by an increase in the number of foster and completed projects.
