مشاريع الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر بين التنظير والتطبيق

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على قطاع الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر، وتفعيل دور الطاقات المتجددة في تلبية الاحتياجات المتزايدة من الطلب على هذه الطاقة في الوقت الحالي وفي المستقبل، ولقد أعطت الحكومة الجزائرية اهتمام واسع لهذا القطاع وهذا لما له من انعكاسات إيجابية على التنمية الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية والبيئية في ظل توفر الجزائر على امكانيات كبيرة من مصادر الطاقات المتجددة وخصوصا الطاقة الشمسية، وقد قامت الحكومة المحلية بوضع إمكانيات مالية وخطط لإنشاء مشاريع واستثمارات محلية من أجل استغلال هذه الطاقات المتجددة، إلا أن هذه المشاريع والخطط واجهت العديد من المعوقات جعلتها تعترض تطوير هذا القطاع. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطاقات المتجددة، الطاقات التقليدية، المصادر الطاقوية، الاقتصاد الجزائري. Abstract: This study aims at highlighting the renewable energy sector in Algeria. And activating the role of renewable energy in meeting the growing needs of energy demand at present and in the future. The Algerian government has given great attention to this sector because of the positive implications on economic and social development and the environment in light of the availability of Algeria to the potential of large sources of renewable energy, especially solar energy, and the local government has developed financial possibilities and plans to establish local projects and investments to exploit these renewable energy, but these projets and plans faced many constraints that hindered the development of this sector.
