Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على نظام تخطيط الموارد في المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار ENTP وأثره في عملية ترشيد تسيير المخزون، حيث اعتمدنا في دراستنا على آلية تسيير النظام في المؤسسة وجميع الخطوات اللازمة لتشغيل المتعلقة أساسا بتسيير مخزون المؤسسة الرئيسي، وتوصلنا من خلال التحليل إلى: يتجلى أثر نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة على ترشيد تسيير مخزون المؤسسة في كونه يتيح للجميع وبكل المستويات وحتى الوحدة التشغيلية الحصول على أي معلومة بتفاصيلها في كل وقت، الأمر الذي يساعد على اتخاذ قرارات تكون فعالة خلافا لما كان عليه الأمر سابقا وبالتالي الحد من التلاعبات والانحرافات التي قد تقع في العملية التسيرية. وتقترح الدراسة ضرورة انشاء وحدة للبحث والتطوير على مستوى المؤسسة تعمل على الابتكار في مجال عمل المؤسسة وتقديم أبحاث تساهم في تحسين وضعية المؤسسة أكثر واستغلال جميع مواردها المالية والبشرية الضخمة We aim through this study to identify the resource planning system in ENTP (EntrepriseNationale des Travaux aux Puits) and its impact on the process of rationalizing the stock management. In our study, we relied on the mechanism for managing the system in the organization and all the necessary steps for operation mainly related to the management of the institution's main inventory, and we reached the following results: The effect of the ERP system on rationalizing the organization’s inventory is reflected in the fact that it allows everyone, at all levels, and even the operational unit, to obtain any information with its details at all times, which helps to make effective decisions unlike what was previously the case and thus reduce manipulations and deviations that may be Fall in the marching process. The study suggests the necessity of establishing a research and development unit at the enterprise level to work on innovation in the field of the institution’s work and to provide research that contributes to improving the status of the institution more and exploiting all its huge financial and human resources
