مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: الجريمة المنظمة في الاصل جريمة داخلية بكل مواصفات الجريمة في القانون الجنائي للدول، فعندما تتعدي جرائمها الحدود الوطنية تدعي جريمة منظمة عابرة للحدود، تصدت لها التشريعات الوطنية وبالأخص التشريع الجزائري، ذاك هدف بحثنا هذا المتمثل في ابراز مدي مكافحة المشرع لصور الجريمة المنظمة، من خلال النصوص التشريعية. ومنه يمكن ان نستنتج بان الجريمة المنظمة جريمة عابرة للحدود الوطنية، يمكن مكافحتها عبر التشريع الوطني في إطار التعاون الدولي، وهو ما نص عليه التشريع الجزائري.
