تاثير جائحة كورونا 19 على الاسواق المالية العربية دراسة حالة بورصة الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة تأثير جائحة كورنا ( couvid-19) على الأسواق المالية العربية بصفة عامة، وتم أخذ بوصة الجزائر كنموذج. بغية الوصول إلى هذا الهدف فقد تم تلخيص أثر هذا الفيروس على بعض أهم الأسواق المالية العالمية، على غرار الأزمات المالية العالمية التي هزت العالم ومن ثم تم تركيز على بورصة الجزائر. ومن خلال الدراسة القياسية، التي تم التوصل إلى تقارب فترت الانخفاض الحاد في المؤشر والتي شهدت فيها عوائد هذه المؤشرات أقل انخفاض، ويرجع ذلك إلى عدة عوامل، أهمها العولمة المالية، انخفاض أسعار النفط وكذا مشاعر الخوف والهلع التي مست المستثمرين جراء انتشار الجائحة وعدم التحكم فيها، وما سببه في تباطؤ الاقتصاد العالمي. This research paper aims to study the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Arab financial markets in general, with the Algeria Stock Exchange as a case study. To achieve this goal, the effects of the virus on some of the most important global financial markets were summarized, similar to the global financial crises that shook the world, and then the focus was placed on the Algeria Stock Exchange. Through the quantitative study, it was concluded that the periods of sharp decline in the index coincided with the lowest decline in the returns of these indices, which is attributed to several factors, most notably financial globalization, declining oil prices, as well as the fear and panic that affected investors due to the spread of the pandemic and the inability to control it, which led to a slowdown in the global economy.
