أثر تطبيق حوكمة الشركات على الرقابة الداخلية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية –دراسة حالة عدد من المؤسسات الاقتصادية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة أثر تطبق مبادئ الحوكمة على نظام الرقابة الداخلية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية وعليه حاولت هذه الدراسة طرح تساؤلا رئيسيا حول المشكلة مفاده (ما هو أثر تطبيق حوكمة الشركات على نظام الرقابة الداخلية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية؟)، وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن المؤسسات الاقتصادية محل الدراسة لا تطبق مبادئ حوكمة الشركات وبالتالي لا يوجد أثر لحوكمة الشركات على نظام الرقابة الداخلية. The study aims to know the effect of applying the governance principles’s on the internal control system in the Algerian economic institutions, this study tried to pose a major question about the Problematicthat is (What is the effect of applying companies governance on the internal control system in Algerian economic institutions?), And the study concluded that institutions under study does not apply the principles of companies governance, so there is no effect of companies governance on the internal control system.
