الجامعة كحاضنة طبيعية ومرجعية حقيقية لبعث الروح المقاولاتية "جامعة طيبة نموذجا''

Résumé: سعت الدراسة إلى تبيان دور الجامعة في خلق الروح المقاولاتية لدى الطلاب وذلك من خلال التحسيس المقاولاتي المتأتي عن طريق البرامج التكوينية المقدمة للطلبة بهذا الخصوص. وقصد معرفة ماهية هذا الدور فقد تم تسليط الضوء على إحدى التجارب الناجحة وهي تجربة جامعة طيبة والتي تعتبر من بين أهم النماذج التي يحتذى بها في هذا الإطار والتي استطاعت من خلال إنشاء مركز للمقاولاتية، خلق توجه مقاولاتي يمكن الطلبة من خلق مؤسسات خاصة بهم. هذا وقد استخدم الباحث في هذه الورقة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي القائم على رصد عناصر الظاهرة وإخضاعها للتحليل والتفسير. وقد خرجت الدراسة بجملة من النتائج أهمها: أن المقاولاتية تعد المكون الأساس لأدوار الجامعات في الوقت الراهن، وأن الجامعات المقاولاتية من خلال برامجها الهادفة لتعزيز الروح المقاولاتية بين طلبتها إنما تمهد الطريق للاقتصاد العالمي القائم على المعرفة، إضافة إلى أن كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة طيبة لعبت دورا جد فعال في خلق الروح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة من خلال مركز المقاولاتية المنشأ فيها. This study aims to highlight the role of universities to promote the entrepreneurial spirit among students and this has been done through educational and training programs given to students. In the aim to know the importance of this role, we took as a model the University of Taibah, one of the recognized universities in this context. This one, by creating an entrepreneurship center, had offered an entrepreneurial orientation, which enable them to create their own businesses. This study is based on a descriptive and analytical approach in order to build a sufficient theoretical basis for the study and analysis of the information collected on the university. The results of this study show that entrepreneurship is the main component of the concerns of modern universities through its activities and programs that aim to strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit among students, but also pave the path to the global knowledge-based economy. In addition to this, the faculty of economics of Taibah University played a key role in creating the entrepreneurial spirit among the student community.
