Résumé: ملخص: يناقش هذ البحث كيفية تدعيم القدرات التنافسية المستدامة لقطاع التعليم العالي في المملكة العربية السعودية فقد تراجع ترتيب المملكة في مؤشر التنافسية العالمية بسبب انخفاض جودة التعليم العالي مما يكون له أكبر الأثر على سوق العمالة الوطنى ، بالرغم من أن زيادة معدلات الانفاق على التعليم العالى فى المملكة العربية السعودية. تأسيسا على ذلك تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد الميزة التنافسية المستدامة ، وكيف يمكن تطبيق هذا المفهوم على قطاع التعليم العالى فى المملكة العربية السعودية ، وذلك للخروج بأهم المحددات التى تسهم فى تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة للجامعات فى المملكة العربية السعودية ، وكذلك أهم المؤشرات التى يمكن من خلالها الحكم على نجاح الجامعات فى المملكة العربية السعودية فى تطبيق محددات ومعاير مفهوم التنافسية المستدامة ، وأهم المعوقات التى تحول دون تطبيق تلك المحددات . Abstract: This study discusses how to strengthen the competitive competitiveness of the higher education sector in Saudi Arabia. The Kingdom's ranking in the Global Competitiveness Index has declined due to the low quality of higher education, which has the greatest impact on the national labor market, despite the increase in expenditure on higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia. Based on this, the study aims at determining the competitive advantage and how this concept can be applied to the higher education sector in Saudi Arabia in order to achieve the most important determinants that contribute to the sustainable competitive advantage of universities in Saudi Arabia. On the success of universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the application of the determinants and criteria of the concept of sustainable competitiveness, and the most important obstacles to the application of these determinants.
