الاقتصاد البنفسجي ودوره في تعزيز التنوع الثقافي والتنمية الاقتصادية -عرض تجارب دولية-

Résumé: ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة مفهوم الاقتصاد البنفسجي باعتباره نموذجًا اقتصاديًا مبتكرًا يدمج بين التنوع الثقافي والتنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة حيث تمحورت الدراسة حول نشأة الاقتصاد البنفسجي، عناصره الأساسية، وأوجه الفرق بينه وبين الاقتصادات الأخرى، لا سيما الاقتصاد الأخضر. كما سلطت الضوء على دور الاقتصاد البنفسجي في تعزيز التنوع الثقافي من خلال حماية الهوية الثقافية، تطوير الصناعات الإبداعية، وخلق فرص عمل مستدامة. واستعرضت الدراسة تجارب دولية بارزة في تبني هذا النموذج، مثل جهود الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وأظهرت دور السياسات الثقافية والاستثمار في الصناعات الإبداعية في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي وتحقيق الاستدامة يهدف البحث إلى إبراز أهمية الاقتصاد البنفسجي في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة وتعزيز التنافسية الاقتصادية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن هذا النموذج يمثل أداة فعالة لتحقيق التوازن بين التنمية الاقتصادية والحفاظ على التنوع الثقافي، إذ يوفر بيئة داعمة للابتكار مع احترام الخصوصيات الثقافية. Abstract: This study examines the concept of the purple economy as an innovative economic model that integrates cultural diversity with sustainable economic development. It explores its origins, key components, and distinctions from other economic models, particularly the green economy. The study highlights the role of the purple economy in fostering cultural diversity by preserving cultural identity, developing creative industries, and generating sustainable employment. It also reviews notable international experiences in adopting this model, such as initiatives by the European Union and the United States, demonstrating the role of cultural policies and investment in creative industries in promoting economic growth and sustainability. The research aims to emphasize the importance of the purple economy in achieving inclusive development and enhancing economic competitiveness. The findings suggest that this model serves as an effective tool for balancing economic growth with cultural diversity while respecting cultural specificities
