Résumé: هذه الورقة البحثية تسلط الضوء على السلطة الوطنية المستقلة والضمانات القانونية الجديدة لتعزيز نزاهة وشفافية الانتخابات بموجب القانون العضوي 19/07، ومقارنة صلاحياتها مع الهيئة العليا المستقلة لمراقبة الانتخابات، وتحليل تجربة إشراف السلطة المستقلة على الانتخابات الرئاسية 12 ديسمبر 2019، لمعرفة وتقييم الواقع السياسي. The present paper tries to explain The Independent National Authority, and the new legal guarantees to prompt and encourage the integrity and transparency of the elections. that was found under the Organic Law 19/07, It also attempts to compare powers with the previously independent Supreme Authority for Electoral Observation , as well as analyzing the experience of the independent authority's oversight of the presidential elections on December 12, 2019, the aim of which is knowing and evaluating the political reality.
