Résumé: يعد نشر خطاب الكراهية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أمرًا موضوعا جدليا، ويشكل تحديًا كبيرًا للحفاظ على السلم الاجتماعي وتعزيز الفهم المتبادل والاحترام بين الأفراد والمجتمعات. من منظور نظرية الغرس الثقافي، ذلك أن وسائل الإعلام، بما في ذلك مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، واحدة من الوسائل الرئيسية التي يتم من خلالها نقل وتعزيز القيم والمعتقدات في المجتمع. فمشكلة نشر خطاب الكراهية عبر هذه المنصات تنطوي على عدة جوانب من بينها معرفة تأثير الأفكار السلبية على المجتمع والذي يمكن أن يؤدّي إلى زعزعة السلم الاجتماعي وزيادة التوتر بين مجموعات مختلفة في المجتمع، مما قد يعرقل التعايش السلمي ويؤدّي إلى صراعات واضطرابات عديدة. إن أهمية هذا الموضوع تتمثل أساسا في تأثيرات الغرس الثقافي على السلوك الفردي والذي يعتمد على تفسير الخطابات المنشورة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، و يتم تكرارها بشكل كبير ومن مصادر متعددة ، مما يساهم في تغيير الاتجاهات والسلوكيات لدى الأفراد، الأمر الذي يكرّس انتشار الكراهية والتطرف العنيف، ويمكن أن يسهم في تشكيل وتعزيز مواقف متطرفة وعدائية، وهو يزيد من احتمالات وقوع أعمال عنف وتصعيد الصراعات بين المجتمعات. ولحماية المجتمع من تأثيرات هذا الخطاب عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ما يوجب على المؤسسات و الجهات المعنية تبني استراتجيات تشمل توعية وتعزيز الحوار البناء من خلال الدعوة الى نشر ثقافة التسامح عبر هذه الوسائل وتنظيم قوانين تحد من انتشار هذه الظاهرة بما يحافظ على التوازن بين حقوق الأفراد ومصلحة المجتمع. The dissemination of hate speech on social media platforms is a controversial issue and presents a significant challenge to maintaining social peace and promoting mutual understanding and respect among individuals and communities. From the perspective of cultivation theory, media, including social media platforms, are among the primary means through which values and beliefs are conveyed and reinforced in society. The problem of spreading hate speech on these platforms involves several aspects, including understanding the impact of negative ideas on society, which can lead to social instability and increased tension among different groups within society. This, in turn, may hinder peaceful coexistence and lead to numerous conflicts and disturbances. The importance of this issue lies primarily in the effects of cultural cultivation on individual behavior, which depends on the interpretation of discourses published on social media platforms. These discourses are frequently repeated and come from multiple sources, contributing to changes in individuals' attitudes and behaviors, thereby fostering the spread of hatred and violent extremism. This can lead to the formation and reinforcement of extreme and hostile attitudes, thus increasing the likelihood of violent acts and escalating conflicts between communities. To protect society from the impacts of such discourse through social media, institutions and relevant bodies must adopt strategies that include raising awareness and promoting constructive dialogue by advocating for the dissemination of a culture of tolerance through these media. Additionally, they should establish regulations to limit the spread of this phenomenon, ensuring a balance between individual rights and the interests of society.
