أمن الطاقة الروسي ودوره في رسم استراتيجيات روسيا الخارجية منذ2000

Résumé: تعتبر الطاقة عاملا محددا لرسم ملامح السياسة الخارجية للدول سواء المصدرة أو المستوردة منها، على اعتبار أن القطاع الطاقوي من القطاعات الحساسة داخل الدولة حيث يؤثر ما تمتلكه الدولة من قدرات طاقوية في تحديد وضعها ومكانتها في النظام الدولي. وتعد روسيا الاتحادية من كُبرى الدول الطاقوية في العالم من حيث الاحتياطات والإنتاج.وفي هذه الدراسة تم البحث في مضمامين الأمن الطاقوي الروسي ودوره في رسم استراتيجيات روسيا الاتحادية على المستوى الخارجي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن للمتغير الطاقوي أهمية كبرى في تعزيز مكانة روسيا وتمكينها من لعب دور فعال في ديناميات لعبة الطاقة الكبرى وتحقيق النفوذ السياسي والهيمنة الدولية. The energy variable is considered an important determinant for drawing the features of the foreign policy of countries, whether exporting or importing from them, because it is one of the sensitive sectors within the state, where the state’s energy capabilities affect its position and position in the international system.The Russian Federation is one of the largest energy countries in the world in terms of reserves and production.In this study, we discussed the Russian energy security and its role in shaping the strategies of the Russian Federation at the external level. The result was that the energy variable is of great importance in consolidating Russia's position as a major political power and as a major power in the global energy game as well.
