تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي ودورها في تعليم اللغات لغير الناطقين بها، تطبيق Duolingo لتعلم اللغة الإنجليزية وتطبيق Bree Ai لتعلّم اللغة العربية أنموذجا

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على فاعلية برامج الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعليم اللغات لغير الناطقين بها، إذ نتبين من خلال هذا البحث دور هاته الرامج الذكية في تحسين جودة التعليم؛ بحيث تكون أكثر مرونة وتفاعل، كما نستجلي أهمية الآلة ودورها الكبير في العملية التعليمية، خاصة تعليم اللغة العربية واللغة الانجليزية للفئة التي لا تتكلم بها، مع إعطاء نماذج تطبيقية لتدعيم الجانب النظري. فالذكاء الاصطناعي باستطاعته تهيئة جو مناسب للمتعلم أثناء عمليته التعليمية. إذ نكشف كذلك عن أهميته في تعليم لغة الضاد واللغة الانجليزية لغير المتحدين بها، ناهيك عن الأثر والخصائص التي يتركها هذا النظام الذكي في نفسية المتعلم، وعليه يحاول هذا البحث الاجابة عن الاشكالية الاتية: إلى أي مدي يمكن لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي تحقيق نتائج فعّالة في تعليم اللغات لغير المتكلمين بها؟. ومن أبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها هو أن استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال التعليم خاصة اللغات يعد وسيلة جيدة في عملية التعلّم الذاتي، كما أن مثل هذه البرامج توفر خصوصية للمتعلم وبالتالي فإنه لن يشعر بالإحراج والخجل من الوقوع في الخطأ والخوف من طلب الاعادة للنقطة الواحدة عّدة مرات، فوجب تكاتف الجهود لتوفير بيئة تحتية رصينة لبرامج الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال التعليم. This study aims to shed light on the effectiveness of artificial intelligence (AI) programs in teaching languages to non-native speakers. Through this research, we will examine the role of these smart programs in improving the quality of education, making it more flexible and interactive. We also clarify the significance of technology and its crucial role in the educational process, particularly in teaching Arabic and English to non-native speakers, providing practical examples to support the theoretical aspect. Artificial intelligence is capable of creating a suitable learning environment for the learner during the educational process. We also reveal its importance in teaching Arabic and English to non-native speakers, in addition to the impact and characteristics that this intelligent system leaves on the learner's psyche. Therefore, this research seeks to answer the following question: To what extent can artificial intelligence applications achieve effective results in teaching languages to non-native speakers? Among the most prominent results is that the use of artificial intelligence in the field of education, especially languages, is a valuable tool in the self-learning process. Such programs also provide privacy for the learner, thus preventing them from feeling embarrassed or shy about making mistakes and being afraid to ask for repetition of the same point multiple times. Therefore, concerted efforts must be made to provide a solid infrastructure for artificial intelligence programs in the field of education
