أداء القطاع السياحي في الجزائر في ظل تباين خصوصيات الدول العربية

Résumé: ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أداء القطاع السياحي في الجزائر في ظل تباين مقوماته مع تونس و المغرب و مصر خلال الفترة (2014-2015)، حيث تم تطبيق أسلوب التحليل التطويقي للبيانات (DEA) و فق نموذج اقتصاديات الحجم المتغيرة (VRS) وفقا للتوجه المدخلي لالتقاط مؤشرات الكفاءة تمثلت متغيرات الدراسة في: الإنفاق السياحي كمدخلات و العائدات السياحية و الوافدون السياح كمخرجات. أظهرت النتائج أن هناك تباين في الأداء بين القطاعات السياحية محل الدراسة حيث تمثل السبب الرئيسي لمعظم القطاعات السياحية بما فيها الجزائر في التحكم في الحجم و التوفيق بين الموارد المتاحة و المنتجات مما جعلنا نقترح عليها التوسع في الكفاءة الحجمية مع مراعاة اقتصاديات الحجم التي تنشط فيها، و هو ما يتوقف على قدرات متخذي القرار و القائمين على هذا القطاع الإستراتيجي. الكلمات المفتاح : الكفاءة، الإنتاجية ، القطاع السياحي، أسلوب التحليل التطويقي للبيانات (DEA)، التوجه المدخلي. تصنيفاتJEL :C02، C67، Z32 Summary: This study aims to analyze the performance of the tourism sector in Algeria in light of the variation of its components with Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt during the period (2014-2015) were the method applied in this research is data envelopment analysis (DEA) according to variable returns to scale (VRS) with input oriented. The variables of the study were the following: tourism spending as inputs, tourism revenue, and tourist arrivals as output. The results showed that there is a variation in efficiency, between the tourism sectors under study, as they represent the main reason for most tourism sectors, including Algeria, in controlling scale and reconciling resources and products, which made us propose to them to expand volumetric efficiency while taking into account economies of scale that It is active in it, which depends on the capabilities of decision makers and those in charge of this strategic sector. .Keywords: agricultural efficiency, agricultural productivity, arab countries, data envelopment analysis method (DEA), input oriented.
