أهمية ممارسة النشاط البدني الرياضي في تحسين المؤشرات التنفسية لدى الأطفال المصابين بمرض الربو.

Résumé: تهدف دراستنا هذه إلي معرفة مدى مساهمة النشاط البدني الرياضي في تحسين المؤشرات التنفسية (السعة الحيوية القسرية cvf / حجم الزفير الأقصى في الثانية الأولى vems1 / ذروة تدفق الهواء من الرئتين dep) وكفاءة الجهاز التنفسي ومساهمته في التخفيف من حدة الربو وهذا محاولة منا لإعطاء فئة الأطفال حقهم في ممارسة النشاط البدني ،حيث أصبح العديد من أولياء الأمور يمنعون أبنائهم من المشاركة في النشاطات الرياضية خوفا على صحة أبنائهم وهذا ما يؤثر سلبا على نموهم البدني والحركي والنفسي عكس أقرانهم الأصحاء، كما سنحاول تقديم بعض التوصيات والتوجيهات حول نوع الأنشطة التي توجه لهذه الفئة والإجراءات المتبعة قبل وأثناء وبعد ممارسة النشاط البدني الرياضي. Our study aims to find out the extent to which physical activity contributes to improving respiratory indicators (Coercive bio-capacity cvf/maximum exhale volume per first second vems1/peak air flow of the lungs dep) Respiratory efficiency and its contribution to the alleviation of asthma. This is an attempt by us to give the category of children their right to physical activity. Many parents are preventing their children from participating in sports activities for fear of their children's health, which adversely affects their physical, motor and psychological development as opposed to their healthy peers. We will also try to provide some recommendations and guidance on the type of activities directed to this category and the procedures followed before, during and after physical activity
