تقييم نظام المعلومات في ادارة الموارد البشرية حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر - ورقلة -

Résumé: يعد موضوع نظم المعلومات من أهم المواضيع التي ازداد اهتمام الباحثين بها كونه موضوع يتماشى مع متطلبات العصر الحديث ,حيث أصبح ازدياد الحاجة الى جمع البيانات والمعلومات ومعالجتها واستخدامها بفعالية يعتبر المطلب الأساسي لنجاح المنظمات ، كذلك أصبح الزاما على المؤسسات أن تستخدم نظم المعلومات للاستفادة منها في وظائف الإدارة . ومن خلال ما سبق سنحاول في هذه الدراسة تقييم استخدام نظام المعلومات في المؤسسات ومعرفة دوره في ادارة الموارد البشرية وقد توصلنا الى أن نظام المعلومات المعمول به في ادارة الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر ( ورقلة ) له أهمية كبيرة من تزويد متخذي القرار بالمؤشرات الصحيحة والدقيقة مع تحقيق أهدافها المسطرة . Many researchers have been interested in the subject of information system because of its consistents with the requirement of the modern era where the need for data and information collection, processing and to use them effectivelly became an obligation on enterprises that use information system in making decisions of functions of administrations. Through the above we will try in this study to evaluate the extent of use of enterprise information system and its role Human Resources Management we have been reseaching that the information systems used in Algeria Telecom Enteprise ( Ouargla ) have a great significance to reach the right decisions as they provide the decisions maker with the continue has work well and reach the desired goals.
