التملّك الاجتماعي لتكنولوجيات الاعلام والاتصال: مقاربة سوسيو-تقنية

Résumé: ملخص: يُثير انتشار وتبني المبتكرات التكنولوجية داخل المجتمع العديد من الإشكالات الأبستمولوجيا والمعرفية. تحاول عدة مقاربات علمية تفسير هذه الظاهرة. في هذا السياق يُوفر حقل سوسيولوجيا الاستخدامات العدة النظرية والمنهجية التي تساهم في ذلك من خلال عدة مقاربات نظرية من قبيل مقاربة الانتشار، مقاربة التمثلات ومقاربة التملّك، هذه الأخيرة تسعى إلى تفسير العلاقة السوسيو-تقنية بين المستخدم وتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال. هذه الورقة تعالج هذه المقاربة من خلال إبراز أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالتملك الاجتماعي وشروط وسيرورات تملك تكنولوجيا ما من قبل الفرد والمجتمع. Abstract: The spread and adoption of technological innovations within society raise many epistemological and cognitive problems. Several scientific approaches attempt to explain this phenomenon. In this context, the field of sociology of uses provides several theoretical and methodological that contribute to this through several theoretical approaches such as the diffusion approach, the representational approach and the appropriation approach, which attempt to explain the socio-technical relationship between the user and the media and communication technologies. This paper addresses this approach by highlighting the most important concepts of social appropriation and the conditions and processes of technology appropriation.
