أثر انتاج الطاقات المتجددة في تعزيز البعد البيئي للتنمية المستدامة من خلال تقليل انبعاثات ثاني أوكسيد الكربون Co2، دراسة قياسية باستعمال نماذج البانال لكل من الجزائر، الصين، ألمانيا للفترة (2000-2023)

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر إنتاج الطاقات المتجددة في تحقيق البعد البيئي للتنمية المستدامة، من خلال تقليل انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون CO2باستخدام نماذج البانل لكل من الجزائر، الصين وألمانيا خلال الفترة (2000-2023)، حيث اعتُبر إنتاج الطاقات المتجددة متغيرًا مستقلًا، بينما انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون المتغير التابع. توصلت النتائج وفقا لنموذجPanal –ardl باستعمال طريقة وسط المجموعات المدمجة PMG إلى وجود أثر سلبي معنوي بين إنتاج الطاقات المتجددة وانبعاثات CO2 على المدى الطويل والقصير. حيث يؤدي زيادة إنتاج الطاقات المتجددة بنسبة 1% إلى انخفاض انبعاثات CO2بنسبة 0.05% و0.01% على التوالي. كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة سببية في متجه واحد بين إنتاج الطاقات المتجددة وانبعاثاتCO2 مما يبرز أهمية العمل على تعزيز الاستثمار في قطاع الطاقات المتجددة لتحقيق أحد أهداف التنمية المستدامة وهو الحد من التغيرات المناخية. Abstract: This study aims to measure the impact of renewable energy production in achieving the environmental dimension of sustainable development by reducing carbon dioxide CO2 emissions, using PANEL models for Algeria, China, and Germany during the period (2000-2023), with renewable energy production as the independent variable and CO2 emissions as the dependent variable. The results according to the Panal-ardl model using the PMG method found a significant negative effect between renewable energy production and CO2 emissions in the long and short term. A1% increase in renewable energy production leads to a decrease in CO2 emissions by 0.05% and 0.01%, respectively. The study also showed a one-way causal relationship between renewable energy production and CO2 emissions, highlighting the importance of promoting investment in the renewable energy sector to achieve one of the goals of sustainable development, which is to mitigate climate change.
