تجربة معهد التكنولوجيا بجامعة ورقلة في تمهين التكوين الجامعي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تبيان أهمية تطبيق التكوين المهني الجامعي في معهد التكنولوجيا بجامعة ورقلة باعتبار أن التكوين المهني الجامعي أداة مهمة لانفتاح مؤسسات التعليم العالي على المجتمع وسوق العمل ومعرفة متطلباته. سنحاول في هذه الدراسة تقديم أهم والأليات والأدوات التي يطبقها معهد التكنولوجيا بجامعة ورقلة منذ بداية نشاطه سنة 2014 لتمهين التكوين الجامعي باعتباره أول تجربة في الجزائر في التكوين الجامعي المهني، وسنحاول تلخيص تجربة تسعة سنوات من المجهودات المثمرة للمعهد. للإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لإبراز الجوانب النظرية المتعلقة بالتكوين الجامعي والتكوين المهني الجامعي وأهم مزاياه مقارنة بالتكوين الأكاديمي، كما اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي لدراسة أهم الأليات والأدوات والسبل التي يطبقها معهد التكنولوجيا بجامعة ورقلة لاضفاء الطابع المهني على التكوين الجامعي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق التكوين المهني يكسب الطالب مهارات وخبرات بسبب التدريبات التطبيقية والاحتكاك بالقطاع الاقتصادي، مما يمكنه الحصول على وظيفة بأبسط وأسهل الطرق. Abstract The aim of this study is to try to show the importance of applying University professional training at the Institute of Technology at the University of Ouargla, considering that University professional training is an important tool for openness of higher education institutions to society and the labor market and to know its requirements. In this study, we will try to present the most important mechanisms and tools applied by the Institute of Technology at the University of Ouargla since the beginning of its activity in 2014 to professionalize university training as the first experience in Algeria in University professional training, and we will try to summarize the experience of nine years of fruitful efforts of the institute. To answer the problem, we relied on the descriptive approach to highlight the theoretical aspects related to university formation and University professional training and its most important advantages compared to academic training. The study concluded that the application of professional training gives the student skills and experience due to applied training and exposure to the economic sector, which enables him to obtain a job in the simplest and easiest way.
