Résumé: تندرج الحقوق الواردة على الموارد المائية ضمن القيود التي ترد على الملكية العقارية، فهذا التقييد المفروض على الملكية العقارية ليس الغرض منه هو الإنقاص من سلطات الملك على عقاره، بل إن الغرض من ورائه هو تحقيق المصلحة العامة، وذلك بحماية هذا المورد من الزوال والتلوث وغيرها من الأخطار، أيضا تحقيق المصلحة الخاصة والمتمثلة في ضمان حق إنتفاع الأفراد من هذا المورد. The rights to water resources fall under the restrictions on real property. This restriction on real property is not intended to diminish the king's authority over his property. Rather, the purpose is to achieve the public interest by protecting this resource from extinction, Risks, also to achieve the special interest of ensuring the right of individuals to benefit from this resource.
