التنمية الفلاحية بمنطقة توات، دراسة أنثروبولوجية. Agricaltura Development In Touat Region : An Anthropological Study

Résumé: : تشهد منطقة توات نقلة نوعية في القطاع الفلاحي، تجسدت في بروز ملامح جديدية أهلتها إلى احتلال مكانة رائدة في مختلف المجالات الزراعية، بعد إنتهاجها إستراتيجية تنموية شاملة واضحة المعالم من قبل الدولة لتنشيط القطاع وجعلة منتجا من خلال استغلال المقومات الموجودة في المنطقة، منها وفرة الماء وخصوبة وشساعة الأراضي، بالإضافة إلى الاستراتيجيات التنموية ، كل هذه المقومات سمحت بتحويل الفلاحة من نمط الفلاحية التقليدية في البساتين المجاورة اعتمادا على الفقارات المائية، إلى فلاحة تصديرية نحو مختلف الولايات، واستطاع من خلالها الفلاح تحسين المستوى المعيشي وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي. Abstract The Touat region is witnessing a quantum leap in the agricultural sector, which was embodied in the emergence of new features that enabled it to occupy a leading position in various agricultural fields, after adopting a comprehensive and well-defined development strategy by the state to revitalize the sector and make it productive by exploiting the ingredients present in the region, including the abundance of water and fertility. The vastness of the land, in addition to the developmental strategies, all of these ingredients allowed the transformation of agriculture from the traditional farming style in the neighboring orchards, depending on water vertebrae, to export farming to various states, through which the farmer was able to improve the standard of living and achieve nutrition security
