اثر العوامل البيئية التنظيمية الداخلية على أداء الإدارة الإقليمية في الجزائر (حالة ولايتي ورقلة و الجلفة)

Résumé: Divided into external and internal environment public administration and it centered our focus on the internal environment through the study of the most important factoring in the organizational structure of organizational culture and Technology. The regulatory environment is the main actor to understand the characteristics of any administrative organization. The existence of any administrative organization is based on the follow-up functionality in it, as is the main reason for achieving the survival and continuity of these organizations. And thus it touched on the concept of performance, and the concept of functionality, performance measurement and evaluation, and the relationship between job performance and the regulatory environment factors. Given that the regional administration is a tool through which to achieve the public policy of the State to get a better standard of living sought by the individual and society, we have been focusing on the states of Djelfa and Ouargla, and study the characteristics of each state, through job performance study of the staff at the headquarters of each state, using the questionnaire in the field study as a tool to study, and we have distributed personally in order to ensure greater response from the respondent with them, as we relied on observation and interview to gather information. Results of the study also showed that there is a relationship between the internal environmental factors and improve the functionality of the staff of each of the two states Djelfa and Ouargla, but this effect is different in every state.
