إدارة التنمية المحلية : دراسة في المفاهيم والمقاربات

Résumé: تعتبر التنمية المحلية المدخل المناسب لإحداث تنمية شاملة ومستدامة، لذلك ركزت الدول والحكومات جهودها في وضع سياسات تنموية على مستوى أقاليمها الترابية، إلا أنها تجد صعوبة في تحقيق أهدافها التنموية بسبب تعثر إدارة العملية التنموية، فهي تسعى دائماً لإيجاد أفضل السبل الإدارية لإحداث تنمية إجتماعية ترقى لتطلعات مواطنيها، لذلك جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتسلط الضوء على المقاربات الممكنة لإدارة التنمية المحلية من خلال الإجابة على السؤال التالي : ماهي أهم المقاربات الممكنة لإدارة التنمية المحلية بنجاح؟ Local development is considered the appropriate entry point to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development, so countries and governments have focused their efforts on setting development policies at the level of their territorial regions, but they find it difficult to achieve their development goals due to the failure of managing the development process, as they always seek to find the best administrative ways to achieve social development that lives up to the aspirations of their citizens, so this research paper came to shed light on the possible approaches to managing local development by answering the following question: What are the most important possible approaches to managing local development successfully?
