الدرس الصوتي بين النص اللغوي التراثي والنص اللّساني الغربي بحث في منطق الإشتغال

Résumé: ملخص: تندرج هذه الورقة البحثية في إطار البحث في الصناعة المعجمية، حيث أصبح المعجم يشكل أداة تواصلية هامة بين القارئ والمستجدات الحضارية والعلمية واللغوية، ولاسيما في هذا العصر، ويختلف منظور المحدثين للمعجم ودوره ووظيفته باختلاف مناهجهم ومشاربهم، فـأصبح المعجم يمثل عند بعضهم الهوية اللغوية والثقافية والحضارية للأمة، كما يمثل عند آخرين خزانة اللغة ودستورها الأعلى، وفيصل استعمالاتها، وعند البعض الآخر هو أداة تربوية تعكس أفكار الجهة المصدَرة للمعجم، ومهما اختلف منظور الدارسين والباحثين للمعجم، فإنّ المتفق عليه هو أنّ المعاجم بأشكالها أصبحت تشكل ضرورة في مختلف جوانب حياتنا اللغوية والعلمية والثقافية، ولاسيما في هذا العصر الذي غدا يتميز بالتفجر العلمي والانفتاح العالمي، ويتهدد بمخاطر العولمة، إذ لا تزال الحركة المعجمية العربية تعاني تأخرا و تحفظا على أكثر من صعيد ومستوى مقارنة بالحركة المعجمية في الدول المتقدمة التي تولي عناية خاصة لهذه الصناعة لخصوصيتها اللغوية والثقافية والعلمية والفكرية، بتخصيصها فروعا أكاديمية لدراسة المعجم وتطوير صناعته، وتقديم الدعم المالي الكبير من قبل الهيئات العلمية والمؤسسات التجارية من أجل تصنيع معاجم تساير حركة تطور اللغة. وعليه فإنّ هذه الورقة البحثية تعالج واقع الصناعة المعجمية العربيّة بين الدّرس العربي القديم والحديث. Abstract: This research paper falls within the framework of research in the lexical industry, where the dictionary has become an important communication tool between the reader and the cultural, scientific and linguistic developments, especially in this era. For others, it represents the treasury of the language and its supreme constitution, and the key to its uses, and for others it is an educational tool that reflects the ideas of the authority that issued the dictionary. Especially in this era, which has come to be characterized by scientific explosion and global openness, and threatens the dangers of globalization, as the Arabic lexicographical movement is still suffering from delay and reservation on more than one level and level compared to the lexicographical movement in developed countries that pay special attention to this industry due to its linguistic, cultural, scientific and intellectual specificity. Academic branches for the study of the dictionary and the development of its industry, and the provision of large financial support by scientific bodies and institutions Commercial policies for the manufacture of dictionaries that keep pace with the movement of language development. Accordingly, this research paper deals with the reality of the Arabic lexical industry between the ancient and the modern Arabic lesson.
