دراسة تحليلة قياسية لأثر الابتكار على النمو الاقتصادي في دول الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا (mena) خلال الفترة (2020-2010)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الابتكار على النمو الاقتصادي لـ10 دول من منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا (MENA)خلال الفترة (2010-2020)، وقد تم الاعتماد على العديد من أدوات التحليل الاحصائي والقياسي، حيث من خلال مقارنة المتوسطات تبين أن هناك تباين في مستوى النمو الاقتصادي ومؤشرات الابتكار في الدول الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، وباسطة التحليل العنقودي اتضح أن هناك ثلاث مجموعات في الدول MENA تم تقسيمها حسب مؤشرات الابتكار والنمو الاقتصادي.وفي الجانب القياسي تم استخدام نماذج السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية (panel)، ومن خلال التحليل الساكن لنماذج البانل تبين ان نموذج الأخطاء المٌركبة او نموذج الأثر العشوائي هو الأنسب لتقدير النموذج القياسي. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين النمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وتراكم رأس المال، بالإضافة كذلك إلى وجود علاقة موجبة معنوية بين نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ومؤشرات الابتكار والتي تتمثل في عدد براءات الاختراع والعلامات التجارية This study aims to measure the impact of innovation on the economic growth of 10 countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region during the period (2010-2020), many tools of statistical analysis and econometrics was relied on, by comparing the averages, it showed that there is a variations in economic growth level, and indicators of innovation in the Middle East and North African counties, while the cluster analysis showed that there are three groups in the MENA countries that were divided according to the indicators of innovation and economic growth. On the econometrics side, a cross-sectional time-series models (panel) were used. Through static analysis of the panel models, it was found that the compound errors model or the random effect model is the most appropriate for estimating the standard model. The outcomes of the study concluded that there is a direct relationship between GDP growth and capital accumulation, in addition to a positive and significant relationship between GDP growth and innovation indicators, which are represented in the number of patents and trademarks
