دور تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال في تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية داخل المؤسسة الرياضية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية داخل المؤسسات الرياضية، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملائمته طبيعة المشكلة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة بـ (16 عامل) وقد تم اختيارهم بأسلوب المسح الشامل ولجمع البيانات استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان وبعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل الى نتائج: المؤسسات الرياضية تعتمد على استخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال لزيادة فعاليتها التنظيمية. The study aimed to identify the role of information and communication technology in achieving organizational effectiveness within sports institutions. The researchers used the descriptive approach with a survey method to fit the nature of the problem in which the study sample represented of 16 workers that were selected using the comprehensive survey method. To collect the data، we used the questionnaire tool and after the results were collected and statistically processed، the results were arrived at: Sports institutions rely on the use of information and communication technology to increase their organizational effectiveness.
