تقييم الأداء المالي باستخدام نموذج كونان وهولدر للتنبؤ بالفشل المالي _دراسة حالة _

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الأداء المالي باستخدام نموذج كونان وهولدر للتنبؤ بالفشل المالي، وذلك باستخدام بعص النسب الخاصة بالنموذج من خلال الاعتماد على الميزانية المالية وجدول حسابات النتائج لأربع سنوات في مؤسسة محل الدراسة ولمعرفية أهميتها قمنا بتطبيق النموذج من أجل تقييم الأداء المالي، ومعرفة إذا كانت المؤسسة معرضة لمخاطر الفشل المالي التي قد تؤدي بها إلى الإفلاس، أظهرت النتائج أن مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز تتمتع بوضعية مالية جيدة، أثبتت الدراسة أن نموذج كونان وهولدر يمكن تطبيقه بنجاح في السياق الاقتصاجي الجزائري، مما يوفر أداة قوية للمؤسسات المحلية لتحليل وتقييم أدائها. This study aims to evaluate financial performance using the Conan and Holder model to predict financial failure, using some of the model’s ratios by relying on the financial budget and the table of results accounts for four years in the institution under study. To know its importance, we applied the model in order to evaluate financial performance, and to find out whether The institution is exposed to the risk of financial failure that may lead it to bankruptcy. The results showed that the Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation enjoys a good financial position. The study demonstrated that the Conan and Holder model can be successfully applied in the Algerian economic context, providing a powerful tool for local institutions to analyze and evaluate their performance.
