Résumé: هدفت الدراسة للبحث في كيفية إسهام اليقظة الاستراتيجية في إدارة وحماية سمعة المؤسسة، والبحث في كيفية تبني المؤسسات بمختلف أشكالها لأنظمة اليقظة الاستراتيجية، كذلك البحث في مدى فعالية أنظمة اليقظة الاستراتيجية في حماية سمعة المؤسسات من الأخطار والأزمات المختلفة التي تهدد استقرارها ومكانتها السوقية وكذا تنافسيتها في مجال أعمالها، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي كونه المنهج المناسب لهكذا دراسات، خرجنا في نهاية الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج من أهمها، أن نظام اليقظة الاستراتيجية يعتبر ضرورة حتمية في المؤسسات من أجل حماية سمعتها وإدارتها، كما أن تبني اليقظة الاستراتيجية يعمل على التنبؤ وحماية المؤسسة من الأزمات المفاجئة التي تهدد سمعتها. The purpose of the study is to examine how strategic vigilance contributes to the management and protection of the reputation of an enterprise, and how institutions in all their forms adopt strategic vigilance systems, as well as the effectiveness of strategic vigilance systems in protecting the reputation of institutions from different threats and crises, which threatens its stability and market status as well as its competitiveness in its business, We came up with a set of results, the most important of which is, Strategic vigilance is an imperative in institutions to protect their reputation and management, The adoption of strategic vigilance also serves to predict and protect the institution from sudden crises that threaten its reputation.
