الشمول المالي قناة بديلة لتمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في البلدان العربية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان الأهمية النسبية لتعزيز الشمول المالي، وانعكاساته على المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في المنطقة العربية، من خلال زيادة فرصها في الحصول على خدمات مالية، وقنوات تمويل بديلة، تساعدها في تحقيق أهدافها المتمثلة في التنويع الاقتصادي، وتحقيق النمو، وخلق فرص العمل. وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة من الدول العربية، خلصت دراستنا إلى أن تعزيز الشمول المالي يُوفر الائتمان للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، كما أن تخفيف القيود أمام حصول المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على التمويل، قد يُؤدي بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة إلى تحقيق منافع على مستوى النمو التراكمي طويل الأجل، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التكنولوجيا المالية تلعب دوراً حاسماً في تعزيز الوضع المالي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في البلدان العربية. This study aims to demonstrate the relative importance of enhancing financial inclusion and its implications for small and medium enterprises in the Arab region, by increasing their opportunities to obtain financial services and alternative financing channels that help them achieve their goals of economic diversification, achieving growth, and creating job opportunities. Using the descriptive analytical approach on a sample of Arab countries, our study concluded that promoting financial inclusion provides credit to small and medium enterprises, and easing restrictions in the way of small and medium enterprises access to finance may lead small and medium enterprises to achieve benefits at the level of long-term cumulative growth. The study also concluded that financial technology plays a crucial role in enhancing the financial position of small and medium enterprises in Arab countries.
