أثر مؤشرات الحيطة الكلية على تطور القطاع المصرفي الجزائري - دراسة قياسية للفترة 2000-2017

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لقياس أثر مؤشرات الحيطة الكلية بشقيها:الجزئية المتمثلة في مؤشرات camels ومتغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي على تطور القطاع المالي مع التركيز على القطاع المصرفي الجزائري، وتحديد أثر هذه المتغيرات على تطور هذا الأخير، ومن أجل الوصول للأهداف المنشودة من هذه الورقة البحثية، تم كخطوة أولى تحليل المؤشرات المختارة في الدراسة هذا من جهة، وتحديد أثرها على تطور القطاع المصرفي من جهة ثانية.وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن أغلبية المتغيرات شهدت تطورا مستمرا خلال الفترة 00017-220، كما أظهرت أيضا وجود علاقة جوهرية بين مؤشرات الحيطة الكلية وتطور القطاع المصرفي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توحيد مؤشرات الصلابة المالية للمصارف، المؤشرات النقدية والمالية ووضع مستوى العتبة الذي ابتداءً منه يمكن التنبؤ بحدوث أزمة مصرفية ومواصلة إصلاحات القطاع المصرفي. This study intends to measure the impact of macro-prudential indicators in its two components the micro ones represented by Camels indicators and macroeconomic variables on the development of the financial sector with a focus on the Algerian banking sector, and determine the impact of these variables on the development of the latter. In order to achieve the desired objectives of this research document, the indicators used in this study were analyzed on the one hand and their impact on the development of the banking sector, which was determined on the other hand. The study concluded that most of the variables experienced a constant evolution over the study period, as well as a consubstantial relationship between the indicators of total prudence and the development of the banking sector .The study has recommended the need to unify bank financial soundness indicators, monetary and financial indicators to set the threshold at which a banking crisis can be predicted and to pursue banking sector reforms.
