المؤسسات الناشئة في الجـــزائر

Résumé: تحظى المؤسسات الناشئة بمكانة هامة في اقتصاديات كل الدول بما فيها المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء وهذا راجع للدور الذي تلعبه فيها من خلال دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية خاصة ما تعلق باستحداث مناصب الشغل وعدم احتياجها لتمويل ضخم كما هو الحال بالنسبة للمؤسسات الكبيرة، غير أن هذا النوع من المؤسسات عادة ما تعتمد وبدرجة كبيرة على مناخ استثماري مناسب في الدول النامية ومن ضمنها الجزائر، لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على المؤسسات الناشئة اعتمادا على مختلف التعاريف المعطاة لها، وكذا إبراز أهم الخصائص التي تجعل من المؤسسات الناشئة قطاعا قائما بذاته. وبناء على طبيعة الإشكالية المطروحة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج: -يعتمد نجاح الأعمال على الإدارة الرشيدة إلى جانب توفر السيولة الكافية لتلبية كافة حاجات الحاضنة القائمة. - حاضنات الأعمال عبارة عن منظومة متكاملة من المكان التجهيزات الخدمات التسهيلات- آلية المساندة والدعم والاستشارة.... - هدفها الدفع الأولي للمؤسسات وبالتالي المساهمة في الدفع بعجلة التنمية. - محدودية نجاعة حاضنات الأعمال الجزائرية كان نتيجة لاستنساخ حاضنة الأعمال الدولية دون محاولة تكييفها مع خصوصيات الاقتصاد الوطني. الكلمات المفتاحية: المؤسسات الناشئة، الجزائر، حاضنات الأعمال Summary: Emerging enterprises have an important place in the economies of all countries, including developed and developing countries alike. This is due to the role they play in them by advancing economic development, especially with regard to the creation of positions of employment and their lack of substantial funding, as is the case for large enterprises. investment climate in developing countries, including Algeria, So this study came to recognize emerging institutions based on the different definitions given to them. and highlighting the most important characteristics that make emerging enterprises a stand-alone sector. Based on the problematic nature of the issue, the descriptive curriculum was used, and the study found a number of results: Business success depends on good governance along with adequate liquidity to meet all existing incubator needs. - Business incubators are an integrated system of premises installations services Facilities - support mechanism, support and consultation.... - Its objective is the initial payment of institutions and thus to contribute to the promotion of development. - The limited efficiency of Algerian business incubators was the result of the reproduction of international business incubators without attempting to adapt them to the specificities of the national economy.
