مساهمة الموانئ الجافة والطريق العابر للصحراء في انعاش تجارة المقايضة بين الجزائر ودول الجوار

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور واهمية الموانئ الجافة ومشروع الطريق العابر للصحراء في إنعاش تجارة المقايضة بين الجزائر ودولتي مالي والنيجر حث يعتبران شريان أساسي في التبادلات التجارية بين البلدان الستة، بمساهمتهما الكبيرة في زيادة حركية السلع والبضائع خاصة بين دول الجوار لتوفير الحاجيات اللازمة، ولقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لطرح مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان للموانئ الجافة والطريق العابر للصحراء أثر إيجابي وفعال في تعزيز تجارة المقايضة وخاصة بين الدول المناطق والدول المتجاورة مع ضرورة الاهتمام بإتمام كافة أجزاء الطريق بما يزيد من التكامل الاقتصادي بين هذه البلدان This study aims to understand the role and importance of land ports and the Trans Saharan Highway project in restoring barter trade between Algeria, Mali, and Niger, which are the main arteries of trade between the six countries and have made significant contributions to increasing the flow of goods and commodities. Especially among neighboring countries to provide the necessary needs, the descriptive approach was relied upon to present various concepts related to the variables of the study. This study found that land ports and the Trans Saharan Highway have a positive and effective impact on promoting barter trade, especially between regional countries and neighboring countries, where attention needs to be paid to completing all parts of the road to strengthen economic integration between these countries
