الآثار الاقتصادية لفيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19) على آداء الاقتصاد الجزائري

Résumé: يعتبر تأثير فيروس كورونا على الاقتصاد العالمي تأثيرا كبيرا، فقد عرقل الإنتاج والإمداد والنقل الجوي عبر العالم، وأضعف الطلب العالمي، وعزل دولا ووضعها تحت الحجر الصحي، وأصاب قطاعات المال والطيران والنقل والسياحة بخسائر فادحة. نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة الاضطلاع على تداعيات فيروس كورونا (كوفيد 19) على أداء الاقتصاد العالمي والجزائري والوقوف على أهم السياسات المالية والنقدية المتخذة لمواجهة الآثار السلبية لهذا الفيروس. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن الاقتصاد العالمي سيشهد انخفاضا في مستوى النشاط الاقتصادي ويؤدي إلى ركود اقتصادي حاد جدا في النصف الأول من عام 2020، وأن طبيعة الركود يعتمد على السياسات والإجراءات المالية والنقدية المتخذة من طرف حكومات الدول والبنوك المركزية. كما سيشكل كورونا مع انهيار أسعار النفط أثرا سلبيا مزدوجا على دول المصدرة للبترول مثل الجزائر. Abstract: The impact of the Corona virus on the global economy is a major one, as it hindered production, supply and air transport throughout the world, weakened global demand, isolated countries and placed them under quarantine, and hit the financial, aviation, transportation and tourism sectors with heavy losses. Through this paper, we seek to know the repercussions of the Corona virus (Covid 19) on the performance of the global and Algerian economy, and identify the most important financial and monetary policies adopted to counter the negative effects of this virus. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the global economy will witness a decline in the level of economic activity and lead to a very severe economic recession in the first half of 2020, and that the nature of the recession depends on the policies and financial measures taken by the countries. Corona, with the collapse of oil prices, will also have a dual negative impact on oil-exporting countries such as Algeria.
