علاقة القوة الانفجارية لعضلات الساقين والذراعين بأداء مهارة الضرب الساحق في الكرة الطائرة
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين القوة الانفجارية لعضلات الساقين والذراعين بمستوى أداء مهارة الضرب الساحق بالكرة الطائرة، وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (10) لاعبين، وقد تم التوصل إلى عدم وجود علاقة بين القوة الانفجارية للرجلين والذراعين وأداء مهارة الضرب الساحق لدى عينة الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: القوة الانفجارية، الضرب الساحق، الكرة الطائرة. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the relationship between the explosive power and the performance of the crushing beating skill of the research sample. To achieve this, the study was conducted on a sample of (10) players. The results of the study concluded that there was no statistically significant relationship between the explosive power of the legs and arms and the skill of performing the crushing beating of the research sample.
