Etude D’un Bâtiment (r+8) +s-sol En Béton Armé A Usage D’habitation Et Commercial Avec Un Système De Contreventement Mixte

Résumé: Résumé Ce projet présent une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage d’habitation et commercial constitué d'un sous-sol et d'un Rez de chaussée plus (08) étages, implanté dans la commune de SIDI ABDALLAH de la wilaya d’ALGER, Cette région est classée en zone sismique III selon le RPA99version 2003. Pour les calculs et les vérifications du béton armé le RPA99V2003 et le B.A.E.L91 modifié99) ont été utilisés et pour assurer et valider l'étude dynamique de la structure nous avons utilisé le logiciel SAP2000, afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges permanentes, d’exploitation et charge sismique).Le contreventement est assuré par les portiques associés avec les voiles. Les voiles périphérique assurés l’ancrage du bâtiment et le radier adopté comme fondation pour supporter les charges et les repartir sur le sol. الملــــــــخــــص يقدم هذا المشروع دراسة تفصيلية لمبنى سكني وتجاري يتألف من طابق سفلي وطابق أرضي بالإضافة إلى (08) طوابق يقع في بلدية سيدي عبد الله التابعة لولاية الجزائر العاصمة،هذه المنطقة مصنفة في المنطقة الزلزاليةIIIحسب القواعد الجزائرية المضادة للزلازل 99 طبعه 2003. تم استخدامRPA99V2003وBAEL9199من اجل الحسابات والتحقق من الخرسانة المسلحة،ولضمان وتأكيد الدراسة الديناميكية للهيكل استعملنا برنامج (SAP2000) ،من أجل تحديد القوة الناتجة عن مختلف الأحمال كـ (الحمل الدائم،التشغيل والحمل الزلزالي)،اما دعامات المبنى فتتألف من أعمدة مرتبطة ببعضها وجدران من الإسمنت المسلحة وهذه الاخيرة بدورها تستعمل في تأمين استقرار البناية وتثبيت محيطها،اما اساسات البناية فتم اختيارها لتتحمل الحمولات والقوى المطبقة عليها وتوزعها بشكل منتظم على الارض. Abstract This work presents a detailed study of a residential and commercial building consisting of a basement and a ground floor plus (08) floors, located in the municipality of SIDI ABDALLAH of the wilaya of Algiers, This region is classified in seismic zone III, according to the RPA99version 2003. For the calculations and the verifications of the reinforced concrete the modified RPA99V2003 and BAEL9199) were used and to ensure and to validate the dynamic study of the structure we used the SAP2000 software, in order to determine the different loads due to loads (died load, live load and seismic load). The bracing system is provided by the porticoes associated with the shear wall. The Shear wall ensured the anchoring of the building and the raft foundation adopted as a foundation to support the loads and to distribute them on the soil.
