تكييف علاقة الموظف بالإدارة العمومية في التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: دور الوظيفة العامة في تسيير الإدارات والمؤسسات العمومية وتقديم الخدمات للمواطنين جعل منها محل اهتمام كبير من طرف الفقه والتشريعات، نظرا لأهميتها وأهمية شاغلها "الموظف العام"، هذه الأهمية جعلت علاقة الموظف العام بالإدارة محل جدل في الدراسات الفقهية القانونية والقضاء ، لذلك تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة علاقة الموظف بالإدارة من خلال الدراسات الفقهية والأحكام القضائية والتنظيم القانوني لها. The role of public office and in the management of public administrations and institutions and the provision of services to citizens made it the subject of great interest by jurisprudence and legislation. In confirmation of its importance and the importance of its "public employee" concern, this importance made the public employee's relationship with the administration the subject of jurisprudential and judicial debates and legal studies. This research aims to study the employee's relationship with management through jurisprudence studies, judicial rulings and their legal regulation.
