أثر السياسة المالية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة 1990-2019

Résumé: الملخص: يتمثل هدف الدراسة في إبراز وتحديد أثر السياسة المالية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2019)، باعتبارها جزء هام من السياسات الاقتصادية وقدرتها في تأثير على المتغيرات الاقتصادية، بالاعتماد على كل من متغيرات الإيرادات العامة والنفقات العامة وتحديد أثرها على الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة والمتباطئة (ARDL)، ومن خلال نتائج الدراسة تبين وجود علاقة معنوية بين المتغير التفسيري النفقات العامة والناتج المحلي الإجمالي، في حين عدم وجود استجابة طويل الأجل بين المتغير التابع الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والإيرادات الإجمالية. Abstract: The objective of the study is to highlight and determine the impact of fiscal policy on economic growth in Algeria during the period (1990-2019), as an important part of economic policies and their ability to affect economic variables, depending on both public revenue and public expenditure variables and determine their impact on GDP, using the autoregressive model of distributed and slowed time gaps (ARDL), and through the results of the study show a significant relationship between the explanatory variable public expenditures and GDP, while not There is a long-term response between the dependent variable GDP and total revenue.
