المجلس الاعلى للشباب برلمان جديد للمشاركة السياسية للشباب

Résumé: تتطلب المشاركة السياسية إشراك جميع المواطنين بغض النظر عن انتمائهم في الحياة السياسية وتمكينهم بأن يلعبوا دورا واضحا فيها، حيث يتوقف نمو وتطور الديمقراطية على مدى اتساع نطاق المشاركة وجعلها حق يتمتع به كل إنسان في المجتمع، وحاليا في الديمقراطيات الحديثة تطرح حاجة الشباب إلى المشاركة لأنها تترجم لديهم الشعور بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية و تولد لديهم الرغبة في تحويل الأهداف التي يديرونها إلى الواقع الملموس الأمر إلي يؤدي إلي تحقيق التنمية السياسية وقد فعلت الجزائر آليات المشاركة السياسية للشباب دستوريا من خلال المجلس الأعلى للشباب Political participation requires the involvement of all citizens, regardless of their affiliation, in political life and enabling them to play a clear role in it, as the growth and development of democracy depends on the extent of participation and making it a right enjoyed by every person in society. Currently, in modern democracies, the need for young people arises. To participation because it translates to them a sense of social responsibility and generates in them the desire to transform the goals they manage into tangible reality, which leads to achieving political development
