دور المشاركة المجتمعية في تفعيل التنمية المحلية في الجزائر –دراسة في مشروع كابدال-

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على دور المشاركة المجتمعية في التنمية المحلية والكشف عن دور الأطراف الفاعلة فيها، ،وهي المقاربة التشاركية الجديدة التي اعتمدتها اغلب الدول في صياغة المشروع التنموي المحلي القائم على الشراكة بين الدولة الممثلة في جماعاتها الإقليمية ومختلف الفواعل المجتمعية من مجتمع مدني،قطاع خاص وجهود الأهالي. هذا الأسلوب الجديد دفع بالجزائر إلى إشراك ودمج مختلف الفاعلين في التنمية لبناء نموذج تنموي متكامل وسنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على مساهمة هذه الفواعل في التنمية المحلية وما مدى تجسيد هذه المقاربة في مشروع كابدال ، كونه فضاء تفاعليا يضمن المشاركة الفعالة للأطراف الرسمية وغير الرسمية في التنمية المحلية. The current study aims to identify the role of community participation in local development and to reveal the role of the actors in it, which is the new participatory approach adopted by most countries in formulating the local development project based on partnership between the state represented in its regional groups and various community actors from civil society private sectors and the efforts of the people This new approach has led Algeria to engage and integrate the various actors in development model. Through this paper , we will try to highlight the contribution of these actors to local development and the extent to which this approach is reflected in the CapDel project , which is an interactive space that ensures the effective participation of formal and informal actors in local development
