العمل النقابي وأخلاقيات المهنة الإعلامية في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز وإعطاء صورة واضحة حول اثر العمل النقابي على القطاع الإعلامي الجزائري، في محاولة لتقييم واقعه وأهميته وتشخيص مفاصل الخلال التي تعيقه عن أداء دوره، وتستعرض الدراسة إلى أهمية العمل النقابي في تحسين الأداء الإعلامي، ومساهمته الكبيرة في بلورة ميثاق أخلاقيات المهنة الصحفية في الجزائر، بالإضافة إلى الدور الفعال الذي تقوم به الاتحادات النقابية داخل الفضاء الإعلامي والصحفي، من خلال الدفاع عن الحرية الإعلامية وترقية المهنة الصحفية، وإلى تحديد الصعوبات والتحديات التي تواجهها، وقد انطلقنا في دراستنا من سؤالين رئيسين هما: ما أهمية العمل النقابي في القطاع الإعلامي؟ وما مدى فعاليته في تحسين أخلاقيات المهنة الصحفية والإعلامية في الجزائر؟ وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعد ملائما لهذا النوع من الدراسات، والمناسب لفهم المشكل، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى الأهمية الكبرى التي يكتسيها العمل النقابي في الدفاع عن حقوق الصحفي، ولتحسين وضعه المهني والاجتماعي، والمساهمة في تطوير الكفاءة الصحفية، ورفع مستوى أداء القطاع الإعلامي في الجزائر. Abstract: This research paper aims to highlight and give a clear picture about the impact of trade union work on the Algerian media sector, in an attempt to assess its reality and importance and diagnose the joints of defects that hinder it from performing its role Journalism in Algeria, in addition to the active role played by trade unions within the media and press space, through the defense of media freedom and the promotion of the journalistic profession, and to identify the difficulties and challenges they face Media? And how effective is it in improving the ethics of the journalistic and media profession in Algeria? The descriptive and analytical approach has been relied upon, which is appropriate for this type of studies, and appropriate to understand the problem. The study concluded the great importance of union work in defending the rights of the journalist, improving his professional and social status, contributing to the development of journalistic competence, and raising the level of sector performance media in Algeria.
