التمكين النفسي وأثره على الاندماج الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية بمديرية أملاك الدولة بالجلفة-الجزائر
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى تأثير التمكين النفسي على الاندماج الوظيفي على مستوى مديرية أملاك الدولة بالجلفة، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة استبيان والتي سمحت لنا بجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة والتي شملت (20) مفردة، ومن خلال الاستعانة ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS 22 خلصت الدراسة الى تبيان وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين التمكين النفسي والاندماج الوظيفي بمديرية أملاك الدولة بالجلفة. This study aims to identify the impact of psychological empowerment on functional integration at the Directorate of State Property in Djelfa. To achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was designed to collect data from the study sample, which included (20) individuals. And through the program of statistical packages SPSS V22, the study concluded that there is a significant statistical impact between psychological empowerment and functional integration in the Directorate of State Properties in Djelfa.
