Résumé: This study aims to determine the extent of the contribution of Islamic banks in financing small and medium enterprises and for that the descriptive analytical approach was adopted because it is appropriate to present the various concepts associated with small and intermediate enterprises، as well as the role of these banks in financing these institutions، and the case study approach was used، because we are going to stand on how to finance small and medium enterprises by Al Salam Bank، Ouargla، and Ouargla، and after addressing the subject، the study was summarized into a set of results، the most important of which are: • We find that banks are the main source of financing for small and medium enterprises. • Loan deficits and lack of adequate collateral are among the main obstacles facing SMEs
