أثر الشمول المالي على تحقيق الاستقرار المالي في بعض الدول العربية : دراسة قياسية للفترة 2004-2020 باستخدام بيانات Panel Ardl

Résumé: .. تهدف هده الدراسة الى تقدير أثر الشمول المالي على الاستقرار الاقتصادي لست دول عربية ممثلة في ثلاث دول من المغرب العربي( الجزائر ن تونس والمغرب) وثلاث دول من الخليج العربي( السعودية ، الامارات و قطر) خلال الفترة ( 2004-2020) ،تم تمثيل الاستقرار المالي ب Bank z-score ،أما متغيرات الشمول المالي ممثلة في مؤشرات الوصول الى الخدمات المالية : عدد فروع البنوك التجارية وعدد أجهزة الصراف الآلي ، وقد تم استخدام نموذج (Panel ARDL Data) وطريقة متوسط المجموعة المدمجة (PMG) لتقدير نموذج الدراسة .وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر ايجابي و معنوي لعدد فروع البنوك وأجهزة الصراف الآلي على الاستقرار المالي في المدى الطويل أما المدى القصير عدد الصرافات الآلية يؤثر وبشكل سلبي على الاستقرار المالي. … This study aims to estimate the impact of activating the financial inclusion policy on financial stability on 6 Arab countries represented in the Maghreb countries (Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco) and some Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar) during the period from 2004-2020. The stability represented Financial inclusion with Bank z-score, as for the variable of Financial inclusion represented in the indicatores of Access to Financial services: the number of commercial Bank branches and the number of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs).The (Panel –Data ARDL) model and the combined average group (PMG) method were used to study the sample, and the results of the study showed a positive and significant impact of the number of bank branches and ATMs on financial stability in the long run ,while the short run the number of ATMs affects and nagatively on financial stability
