تكريس البعد البيئي في استدامة المشاريع الاستثمارية -دراسة حالة مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية الشلف- Devoting The Environmental Dimension To The Sustainability Of Investment Projects – A Case Study Of A Group Of Economic Institutions In The State Of Chlef

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث ، إلى دراسة وتحليل أهمية التركيز على البعد البيئي، ودوره في استدامة المشاريع الاستثمارية في ولاية شلف، واستمرارها في تحقيق النتائج الإيجابية لأدائها المالي، من أجل الوصول إلى رَفَاهية اقتصادية، مجتمعية وبيئية، بتبني نهج الاستثمار المستدام، بإقامة مشروعات استثمارية نظيفة ومسئولة بيئياً، تقيّم وفق معايير ومقاييس، تأخذ بعين الاعتبار البيانات غير المالية في تقاريرها المالية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يتم الأخذ بعين الاعتبار البعد البيئي في تجسيد المشاريع سعياً إلى استدامتها، بالرغم من غياب المقاييس والمعايير للإفصاح عن البعد البيئي. Abstract : This research paper aims to study and analyze the importance of focusing on the environmental dimension, as well as its role in the sustainability of investment projects in the state of CHLEF, and its continuation in achieving positive results for their financial performance, in order to reach economic, societal and environmental well-being, by adopting a sustainable investment approach through clean and environmentally responsible investment projects, evaluated against standards and criteria, taking into account the non-financial data in their financial reports. The study concluded that the environmental aspects are taken into consideration in the implementation of projects, in pursuit of their sustainability, despite the absence of standards and criteria allowing to reveal the environmental dimension.
