جهود الإمام أحمد بن نصرالداودي في تخريج الفروع على أصول المالكية من خلال كتابه الأموال Efforts Of Al- Imam Ahmed Bin Nasr Al-din Al-dawudi In Graduating The Branches On The Malikia Origins Through His Book Al- Ammwal

Résumé: الملخص: كان الإمام أحمد بن نصر الداودي سيداً من سادات المالكية في المغرب الأوسط -الجزئر- محدثاً مجتهداً أصولياً فقيهاً قل له نظير في تلك الحقبة التارخية، ساهم مساهمة كبيرة في حفظ فروع وأصول مذهب المالكية بتخريجاته الفقهية للمسائل والوقائع المستجدة و ظهر ذلك جلياً في كتابه الأموال ، نهج في تخريجها على المنهج الأصولي للإمام مالك وذلك من ناحية الاستنباط والاستدلال والتكييف المقاصدي للنوازل، فكان مثالا يقتدى به في تخريج الفروع الفقهية على أصول المالكية، وكان كتابه الأموال نموذجا حيا شاهدا على ذلك . Abstract: Al-Imam Ahmed bin Nasr al-Dawudi was a master of the Malikia masters in the Middle Maghreb - Algeria - Hadith scholar and diligent fundamentalist Jurist he had a few counterparts in that historical era, He made a significant contribution to the preservation of branches and The origins of the Malikia doctrine by its jurisprudential linking of emerging issues and facts, which appeared clearly in his book Al-Ammwal and linked to the curriculum and assets of Imam Malik in terms of elicitation and inference and adaptation of purposes about new issues, He was an example of linking the jurisprudence branches to the origins of Malikia and his book Al-Ammwal was a live model witness to that.
