الاندماج القبلي بمجال المغرب الأوسط في نهاية العصر الوسيط بين الطموحات القبلية، وأهداف السلطة السياسية

Résumé: نحاول من خلال هذا البحث تتبّع العلاقة بين سلوك السلطة السياسية في بلاد المغرب الأوسط وتأثيرها على البنية القبلية بها في فترة الموحّدين وما بعد الموحّدين؛ انطلاقا من أنّ استعمال الفاطميين للقبائل العربية سياسيا لم يكن عملا انفردوا به، بل تعدّى ذلك إلى الدول القائمة بعدهم ببلاد المغرب الإسلامي، عن طريق التحالف مع هذه القبائل تارة، واستعمالها في الجباية، والقيام بالإقطاع لها، أو انقلاب ذلك إلى المواجهة معها ومطاردتها والقيام بالتهجير القسري لأفرادها. وزيادة على ما عرفه ذلك الانتقال من مواجهة بين القبائل الوافدة مع العنصر المحلي، والذي نقلته المصادر التاريخية، نحاول أن نصل إلى عرض وتفسير ذلك الاندماج الذي حدث بين القبائل العربية والبربر بسبب الإجراءات السياسية الممارسة تجاه هذه الأخيرة، على غرار ما حدث بين عرب رياح وكتامة، وانعكاساته على بنية القبيلة وتوزّعها في مجال المغرب الأوسط، ومدى محافظتها على وجودها فيه، وما نتج عنها من تأثيرات على تلك القبائل ونمط عيشها ودورها في المناطق التي تسكنها. Through this research, we attempt to trace the relationship between the behavior of political authority in the countries of the central Maghreb and its impact on the tribal structure therein during the Almohad period and after the Almohad period. This is based on the fact that the Fatimids’ political use of the Arab tribes was not an act carried out exclusively by them, but rather extended to the states that came after them in the countries of the Islamic Maghreb, through alliances with these tribes at times, and their use in taxation and the implementation of feudal servitude to them, or the transformation of this into confrontation with them, persecution of them, and the forced displacement of their members. In addition to what that transition knew of confrontation between the incoming tribes and the local element, which was reported by historical sources, we try to reach a presentation and explanation of that integration that occurred between the Arab tribes and the Berbers due to the political measures practiced against the latter, similar to what happened between the Arabs of Riyah and Ketama, and its repercussions on the structure of the tribe and its distribution in the area of the Maghreb, and the extent to which it maintained its presence therein, and the resulting effects on those tribes and their way of life and their role in the areas in which they live.
