الجرائم الاقتصادية والمالية في الجزائر

Résumé: الملخص: نحاول من خلال هذه المقالة تسليط الضوء على الجرائم الاقتصادية والمالية في المجتمع الجزائري وذلك في حدود المعطيات المتاحة لدينا من طرف المؤسسات الأمنية الجزائرية والمتمثلة في مديرية الشرطة القضائية التابعة للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني ،وخلية الإعلام والاتصال التابعة لقيادة الدرك الوطني باعتبار أن هذه المؤسسات لها تعامل يومي مع ظاهرة الجريمة من خلال عملية المكافحة من جهة وما تتميز به من مصداقية من جهة أخرى،ومن المعلوم أن الجرائم الاقتصادية والمالية والمتمثلة في (تبديد واختلاس الأموال العمومية، تبييض الأموال،سوء استغلال الوظيفة،الرشوة،تزوير النقود مخالفة التشريعات المتعلقة بالصرف،التهرب الضريبي،التهريب،سوء استغلال الأملاك العمومية) في أية دولة من دول العالم تعتبر من أهم معوقات التنمية وهذا راجع للخلل أو الإحباط الوظيفي الذي يصيب النسق الاقتصادي. : ABSTRACT This article aims to highlight the economic and financial crimes in the Algerian society, within the limits of the available data, provided by the Algerian security institutions : The General Directorate of National Security’s judicial Police and National Gendarmerie’s Information and Communication Unit, considering that these two have a daily interaction in encountering this phenomenan, and they are known for their credibility as well. It is understood that, in any country of the world, the economic and financial crimes which are : Misappropriation and embezzlement of public funds, Money laundering, abuse of functions, bribery, counterfeiting money in violation of the exchange legislations, tax evasion and smuggling, are one of the most important obstacles to development, caused by the economic pattern’s dysfunction.
