إعداد القوائم المالية وفق معايير المحاسبة الدولية في ظل ظهور فيروس كورونا كوفيد-19 Preparing Financial Statements In Accordance With International Accounting Standards In Light Of The Emergence Of The Corona Virus Covid-19

Résumé: كان لظهور فيروس كورونا تأثير كبير على الاقتصاد العالمي حيث تعددت وتنوعت آثاره السلبية باختلاف القطاعات الاقتصادية التي مسها، فأصبحنا لا نكاد نجد قطاع من القطاعات إلا وكان لفيروس كورونا أثر سلبي عليه خاصة وأن ظهوره كان في ظروف مفاجئة وغير متوقعة، انطلاقا من هذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان آثار هذا الفيروس على عناصر القوائم المالية بالإضافة إلى عرض ما تضمنته معايير المحاسبة الدولية من عمليات المعالجة والإفصاح عن مثل هذه الأحداث غير المتوقعة. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن فيروس كورونا ليس له أي تأثير على القوائم المالية للسنة التي ظهر فيها سنة 2019، ذلك لأنه حدث يندرج محاسبيا ضمن الأحداث اللاحقة للقوائم المالية، فقط نوصي بضرورة سعي المؤسسة للإفصاح عن آثاره السلبية على القوائم المالية وذلك ابتداء من القوائم المالية لسنة 2020. The emergence of the Corona virus had a huge impact on the global economy, as its negative effects were numerous and varied according to the different economic sectors that touched it. This study aims to show the effects of this virus on the elements of the financial statements, in addition to presenting what is included in international accounting standards in terms of processing and disclosure of such unexpected events. This study concluded that the Corona virus has no effect on the financial statements for the year in which it appeared in 2019, because it is an accounting event that falls within the subsequent events of the financial statements. We only recommend that the institution seeks to disclose its negative effects on the financial statements, starting with the financial statements for the year 2020.
